• Support end-to-end delivery of IT projects for a B2B gaming platform, working closely with Project Managers, developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives • Assist in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Maintain project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence) and ensure clear documentation of requirements, risks, and action items • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, supporting communication with B2B clients, vendors, and partners • Support gaming platform initiatives such as system enhancements, integrations, platform upgrades, and releases • Track risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate blockers and support mitigation planning • Assist with UAT coordination, release preparation, and go-live activities • Prepare project status updates, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders • Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to SDLC, security, and compliance standards
Proficiently enhance and manage B2B platforms within the Gaming Industry to elevate user experiences and streamline application workflows. Continuously generate innovative ideas to optimize B2B platforms for maximum impact. Lead the design of novel features, collaborating closely with developers throughout the development, testing, and release phases. Ensure seamless integration of new functionalities to meet evolving industry demands. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement elicitation and user training to the creation of comprehensive user guides and software requirement specifications (SRS). Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of B2B platforms meet stakeholder expectations. Regularly engage in meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, discuss project progress, and align objectives. Conduct industry knowledge training sessions to keep team members updated on the latest trends and best practices. Facilitate bilingual communications in both Chinese and English on a daily basis, fostering efficient collaboration and clear understanding across multicultural teams. Additionally, engage in on-site work overseas to ensure alignment with global standards and market needs.
Provide pre-sales support and product presentation/meeting with prospects. Contribute to initial product implementation, continuous function/feature enhancement, and additional integration with upstream/downstream systems by providing installing, configuring, scripting, testing, and troubleshooting service either onsite or remotely. Provide support and training to clients, partners, and Enuit’s employees on technical-related issues. Communicate with client to understand desired results and assist in the design and testing of user acceptance test cases to validate project delivery. Develop customized reports and interfaces with third-party systems, as well as configure the system workflows based on clients’ requirements. Understanding and analyzing requirements, write clean and highly scalable formula-based and/or SQL scripts. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
