My daily work is providing human resource service for our customer such as HSBC. The scope of work includes: 1.To search available and qualified candidate from website, forum and any effective channel. 2.Take interview to assess the technical and English skills and train the candidates before the customer's interivew. 3.Communicate with customer, eg:Clarify the requirement, submit resume to our customer and track the interview flow, help to scheduled the interview and give feedback to candidates.
