As Head of the Operational Design Center at Merck Healthcare, I am responsible for leading and evolving a multidisciplinary team focused on transforming how we plan and operationalize clinical trials. The role of my project is to examine the presence of recurring chromosomal deletions and their potential as prognostic markers in breast cancer. In parallel to this project I also examined the effect of Chromosomal loss on the cis (Same Chromosome) and trans (Different Chromosome) interactions across the genome.
