Sustainable Performance Consulting is an energy management and LEED consulting firm whose primary business is to manage the New York State Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) Commercial New Construction Program (CNCP). As an Outreach Project Consultant (OPC) acted as lead project manager once a new construction project was assigned. Led scoping meetings to identify potential energy conservation measures (ECM) for each client's new construction project early at schematic design by consulting with owner, architect, MEP engineer, construction manager, or general contractor. Establish NYSERDA Commercial New Construction Program (CNCP) project incentive opportunities for each client's project by analyzing final design or contract documents, reviewing or completing ECM calculators and submitting to NYSERDA for review and approval. Performed project close-out, reviewing all final approved submittals and payment documentation associated to encumbered ECMs. Conduct onsite field inspections to verify installed equipment. Adjust calculators to reflect installed conditions to determine final incentive and energy savings achieved. Submit final payment package to NYSERDA for review, approval and client payout. Built or enhanced ECM calculators to improve accuracy, efficiency, or simplify analysis on potential ECM. Successfully processed over 150 projects through the NYSERDA Commercial New Construction Program.
Edgewater Services Company, LTD is a real estate development company and property management group with built projects in commercial office & industrial real estate, renewable energy production, hotels, retail and multi-family housing. As IT Director managed IT infrastructure for multiple offices within Edgewater, setup datacenter VMWare environment, Cisco router, iSCSI SAN datastore running MS Windows Servers and IBM Lotus Domino applications. Responsible for software development and support team for ProjectEDGE, a startup company. Led team to convert ProjectEDGE from a client server only, Lotus Notes application, to a web-based software as a service commercial application, result increased registered users into the 1000s. Closed sales on new accounts, developed client training programs, setup an SDLC process, which reduced cycle release times.

Responsible for all strategic decisions on information technology for the firm. • Managed Unix Isicad server and Unix CAD workstations. • Developed and implemented procedures to move Isicad graphic assets into Autocad software. • Trained staff on effective CAD management practices, both Isicad and Autocad. • Saved company over $90,000 after fire completely destroyed office by outsourcing replacement components on Unix workstations to re-use existing equipment. CAD production was up and running within a 3 days after fire, minimizing office interruption.
