I’m Tony L. Van Trece — a Kansas City-based attorney who’s built a practice at the crossroads of land use, public policy, real estate development, and sports + entertainment law. From clearing title on heirs property to negotiating NIL deals, I’m passionate about helping underrepresented people unlock wealth, opportunity, and legacy. My journey’s been anything but linear; think courtroom advocate by day, creative dealmaker by night, and screenwriter when inspiration hits (which is often). I’ve worked with everyone from city agencies and developers to student-athletes and startup dreamers. If it involves land, licensing, legacy, or leverage — I’m your guy. Let’s build something big together.
