      As part of a global Pre-Sales organisation, my role was to build a strategic soft-skills training plan based on the organization’s business goals. In this role I created a gap analysis that helped 18 managers identify the current skills available in their teams and identify what behaviors and skills were lacking. Based on that I partnered with internal organisations but also with external suppliers to create a solid soft skills training plan which was the foundation of a learning path that later on helped reduce the ramp-up of the new joiners from 7 to 3 months but also ignited a new project to create a Resource and Skills management application for better management of skills on different projects. My main responsibilities were to: - Develop the Skills Gap analysis for the short and medium term - Update the existing training courses portfolio with new topics of interest based on the organization’s needs - Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal training suppliers - Negotiate costs, demonstrate initiative and proactive organizational skills and superior attention to detail, to organize material, information, and people in a systematic way to optimize efficiency and minimize duplication effort
