Although I am Korean, having been born and raised abroad in South America, it has provided a very open and multi-cultural perspective in life and has allowed to be fluent in several languages. Being open to new environments and diverse people, it has helped to adapt quickly to change and easily relate with people from diverse backgrounds. For the past five years, I have worked in the customer service industry and have acquired skills which allow me to be adapt even better to change, to be a quick learner and to maintain a good relationship with others in the workplace. I believe that communication is key in all situations to maximize efficiency and minimize errors. At my current position, responsibilities include conducting museum presentations and human resource tasks such as recruitment, employee training, protocol manual creation and more. Currently, I am looking to expand my pool of knowledge through various different positions.
