• Co-founder of Innovandes, which is an Academy-business innovation laboratory for the generation of value and knowledge where the academic and student communities interact to solve multiples challenges and problems faced by businesses and civil society. • In charge of the university's relationship with companies, the public sector, and other organizations, promoting their participation in applied research and specialized consulting projects related to the improvement of products, processes and innovation. • Promoted the creation and implementation of the Knowledge Transfer Office, to manage the intellectual property of the University’s inventions for transferring them to companies for commercial exploitation.
• Led the company's external communications division for Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, and the United States. • In charge of monitoring and alerting the business on regulatory projects with potential impact and making the company's position visible to business associations and unions. • Led the High Impact Cases Committee, which provided internal advice on reputational risks and on the development of institutional capabilities for communication management in times of crisis. • Responsible for contracting third parties conduct external reputational measurement studies. • Peer review of the company’s Sustainability Report and its recommendations.
• Coordination of the Communities of Practice Programs in Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, created to exchange knowledge between officials on the design and implementation of social assistance programs and labor programs. Development and dissemination of reports on best practice. • Coordination of the South-South Learning Forum 2012 in Hyderabad, India, where more than sixty countries exchanged knowledge on the design and implementation of social programs and financial risk mitigation strategies for low-income communities.
