About

My research and consultancy activities focus on a variety of aspects of the wellbeing of individuals both in the workplace and in wider society. I am interested in the interdependence between work and health, and how work conditions, socio-economic variables, and individual characteristic interact ‘to tip’ the wellbeing balance in one way or another, and how this, in turn, influences the way we experience work. My professional background is both in Psychology (I am a Chartered Psychologist) and Human Resources (CIPD graduate). I have consultancy experience in Spain and the UK, mainly around the areas of wellbeing in the 'always on culture', work-life balance, emotion skills and emotion management, stress prevention and recovery . All my consultancy work is informed by rigorous research.
