Kerkin is a company specialised in audiovisual integration and communications systems. In addition to renewing their websites and managing their social networks, I perform improvement tasks in their marketing strategy by developing dossiers to bring new client sin the market. I also perform administrative tasks such as invoicing management,equipment orders and travel management.
My role at the Tower of London, one of London's most visited tourist sites, was to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide excellent service to visitors. I worked on the admission team selling tickets and loyalty cards. In the souvenir stores team I was incharge of controlling the stock of guides, providing advice on sales in order to achieve sales objectives in line with KPI objectives.
Planning and development of the marketing strategy for AVP, a company specialised inIT and the audiovisual sector. Renewal of their branding and corporate image. Creation of user guides so that our clients were aware of the operation of the equipment installed by AVP.
Development of the "Virtual Reality Madrid" project, whose research deals with the effects that virtual reality is having in the tourism sector and its future consequences for the industry. The Spanish Society of Travel Agencies with Virtual Reality collaborated with me and together with the communication agency ldealmedia.
Working at Oliver Bonas in Kingston for the Christmas season, my duties included specialised customer service, organizing, monitoring and sorting the stock coming into the store, processing both cash and electronic payments and advising customers on trends and fashion. I was also in charge of the visual merchandising of the book section.
