Main responsibilities: -Close link with Global Supply Chain Teams to deploy global strategies and have synergies -Challenge site stakeholders -Motivate, inspire and continuously develop my team in a multicultural interface to improve competencies -Focus on leadership and development of the team members following the Alstom people management cycle -Stakeholders and Suppliers Management -Contribute to innovative/new projects
Supporting the Brugge site for the production of M7 trains (SNCB/NMBS), for end-to-end activities on Supply Chain and Planning. Key Responsibilities & What I Enjoy Most -Managing end‑to‑end material planning for Interior and Metallic commodities, including handling critical and high‑risk suppliers. -Placing orders, coordinating with European suppliers, ensuring material availability and proactively preventing shortages. -Overseeing transport and carrier activities to secure on‑time deliveries. -Analyzing missing parts, identifying root causes and implementing corrective action plans. -Resolving receiving issues, tracking missing or non‑conforming parts and ensuring timely replacements. -Ensuring suppliers are paid on time by facilitating accurate and timely invoice processing.
During my time @Emerson, I did the following tasks: -Ensure the on-time and complete entering of the orders in the ERP system Generate order acknowledgements, invoices, proforma invoices and sending them to clients; -Generating daily scheduling report out of ORACLE and schedule repair orders to production, based on the report -Keep a close contact with the sales team to inform of any delays and problems -Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and complete -Handover documentation requirements to the Documentation Controlling team and ensure the documentation is delivered complete and on-time -Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices -Logistics (including data-management on “kicked-over” orders) & Arranging and coordinating customer approvals and inspections as required -Maintaining relationships with colleagues in the team, with factories at European level, with the Financial Department, Documentation & Procurement Department -Daily I worked on the following programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), JDEdwards, Oracle (Betsy Production), CVDH, ERP, CRM, CRM-OCM, Wocis.
My main objective was to help medical institutions and those in the field of construction to be visible in the online environment. During my stay with the organization, I have developed projects for a lot of companies in Romania. -Establish, maintain, and develop the relationship with all customers in the allocated area -Building solid relationships with potential customers -Sourcing clients in the portfolio to identify decision-makers -Identifying customers' needs, customizing and adapting bids accordingly -Supervising / solving the performance of contracts -Update the CRM application, the company's intranet and platforms -Check and update the documents contracts, sending invoices to clients, administrative activities
My experience with the StudentPress Team & TV was an important step in my development. It strengthened my communication skills and played a key role in shaping my interest in journalism. The main activities included: -Publications of articles in the written press (Monitorul de Cluj daily) and online environment (Student Press) -During my time with Team ZTV, I strengthened my communication skills, wrote various journalistic materials, created audio‑visual content -Creating and editing articles -Presentation of television works in the public space -Selecting topics for debate, guests and creating interviews
