Design and implement all initiatives aimed at defining Scope 3 targets, Scope 1 and 2 reduction and improve the ESG requirements in the Supply Chain management. Coordination of 40 people belonging to Procurement, HSE, Sustainability, Technical Units, ICT & Digital Departments.
Ensure the identification, evaluation and implementation of initiatives aimed at continuous improvement / innovation / digitization of Supply Chain processes aimed at maximizing efficiency as well as their optimization. Main initiatives: - Net Zero Program Supply Chain Workstream PMO: definition and implementation of the strategy for Sustainable Supply Chain flows and Carbon Footprint reduction. - Improvement of Vendor Due Diligence processes (coordination of 8 people). - Workflow automation and reporting digitization for procurement flows related to a core anti-corruption procedure.
Raw Materials Purchasing Process improvement and reporting. Responsible for the project aimed at the improvement of internal (Raw Material Purchasing) and cross-functional processes: Phase 1 (completed) – Focus on Production Planning integration; Phase 2 (ongoing) – Focus on Industrial Controlling integration & Reporting; Phase 3 – Focus on Quality integration and Sourcing & Procurement Management. Other activities: raw materials stock coverage monitoring, Business Review analysis preparation.
Project: New Downstream - Sourcing strategy & execution – Italian Company in the Energy Industry Leader of a 3-person team responsible for sourcing execution (sourcing strategy, supplier selection, tender management, awarding and contract definition) for the launch of new products / services scheduled for 2017. Project: Indirect Materials Purchasing transformation – Global Italian Company in the Fashion Industry Leader of the 4-person Indirect Material Purchasing project stream. Requirement collection, process analysis, SAP system tester, management of project tasks and deadlines, support to the Customer PM for meetings / system test arrangements. Project: Logistics transformation – Italian Company in the Aerospace & Defense Industry Full Logistics Transformation project involving all Customer Support and Services for Italian plants, a wide spectrum of external partners and clients and affecting the most critical business processes (repair & overhaul, spare parts, import / export) and ERP systems (SAP). Leader of the 4-person Offload Team responsible for monitoring, reporting and expediting activities related to the inbound and outbound shipments from both Clients and Suppliers (Customer Support & Services area). Other activities: analysis and re-design of responsibilities and processes, import/export process harmonisation, support to the Customer PMO (both IT and Business), Change Management, conducting workshops and training courses (over 110 attendees).
