Edit and post recruitment ads for the positions of pharmacist, pharmacy manager and pharmacy assistant positions, as well as other positions to be recruited according to the needs of the company on specialized platforms; Receive all external applications (from recruitment agencies and specialized platforms) and centralize them in the database; Conduct preliminary screening of all received applications according to the job description and candidate profile (based on professional qualifications, skills, experience, and knowledge); Select CVs for interview scheduling; Organize and conduct preliminary interviews (by phone and on-site at the company); Create a shortlist based on which candidates will be interviewed by the area managers, and participate in the decision-making process regarding the most suitable candidate; Communicate with recruitment agencies regarding the CVs they have sent; PrepareUpdate reports on the status of active recruitment processes for pharmacist, pharmacy supervisor, and pharmacy assistant positions; Maintain constant communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process; Inform candidates about the final result of the interview they participated in; Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates; Prepare employment documents: individual labor contracts, job descriptions, employment declarations, and send them to future employees; Prepare addendums for contract modifications, transmit, centralize, and archive them confidentially; Prepare termination documents: termination decision, seniority certificate, clearance note; Operate in REVISAL for processes such as: hiring, salary changes, work schedule or position modifications, and terminations of individual labor contracts; Archive, centralize, and maintain employee documents in strict confidentiality.
Provides support in organizing recruitment and selection processes assigned for execution, in accordance with HR policies and procedures; Participates in the preparation of employment formalities, including the creation of the personal file, sending the job offer, drafting addendums with contract modifications, termination of the employment contract, preparing the termination decision, seniority certificate, and clearance note; Participates in the onboarding process for new employees within the organization; Ensures support for entering the necessary data for salary calculation into the payroll system (example: requests for rest leave, medical leave, overtime, night hours, weekend hours, bonuses, etc.); Archives and maintains employee documents in strict confidentiality; Provides employees with information regarding HR procedures and current labor legislation; Supports the preparation of recovery files for medical leave payments from the FNUASS and FAAMBP funds; Is responsible for adhering to the company's policies and rules within their area of responsibility; Maintains full confidentiality regarding each employee's data; Performs any other tasks assigned by hierarchical superiors.
Provides support in recruitment processes according to the company's requests (direct recruitment or through agencies); Checks the existence of job descriptions and their updating, according to the Organization Chart; It provides support for the collection of data necessary for the preparation of monthly payrolls; Calculates monthly bonuses for the sales team; Prepares reports on monthly benefits offered to employees; Provides support for training courses conducted by the company according to the professional training plan; Responsible for internal communication; Provides support in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, campaigns and decisions submitted by the Group; Provides support to company departments for human resources processes and prepares reports specific to these processes; Makes specific HR reports; Prepares the necessary documentation for the employment process (personnel file); Prepares individual employment contracts, job descriptions etc; Receives and analyzes the various requests complaints of employees in the field of human resources, proposing solutions to solve them; Issue the necessary documents within the department (certificates, leave requests, timesheets, decisions, tables, updating various documents); Keeps records of employees (contracts, rest, medical and unpaid leave, etc.); Collaborates with all departments of the company, in order to achieve the established objectives.
• Proactive communication with managers involved in the selection and recruitment process and determination of vacancies jobs; • Preparation, drafting and tracking of the selection and recruitment documentation; • Preparing recruitment announcements and posting them through all communication media; • Receiving all internal and external applications, centralizing them in the database; • Centralization of employees in internal databases; • Preliminary screening of all applications received, according to job description and candidate profile (from the point of view of the professional qualification, the skills and the knowledge); • Organization and support of preliminary interviews (telephone and company headquarters); • Making the shortlist on the basis of which the candidates will be interviewed by the manager of the company (if needed) to participate in the decision-making process regarding the most suitable candidate; • Announcement of candidates the final result of the interview they participated in; • Preparation of documentation necessary for the employment process (personnel file); • Preparation of individual work contracts, job descriptions; • Receiving and analyzing various requests / complaints of employees in the field of human resources, proposing solutions for solving them; • Issuing the necessary documents within the department (vacancies, pleadings, decisions, tables, updating of various documents); • Keeping records of employees (contracts, holidays, medical and unpaid leave, etc.) • Registration of all documents and changes in the Employee Evidence Register; • Issuance of payment states, pay slips, timesheets; • Calculation of salary rights according to the timetable, labor contracts, company policy and legislation in force; • Collaboration with all departments of the company in order to achieve the established objectives; • assisting the department manager in developing and implementing HR policies;
• Establishing a correspondence between EAN bar codes and internal Nielsen codes • Coding audited products according to internal Nielsen procedures • Correspondence (English) with the team that maintains the Regional Dictionary • Communicating daily with the Client Service department to identify new audited Nielsen database products • Making sales reports and marketing studies for different product categories on our market • Making comparative price reports between existing products and new products • Identify, communicate and suggest additional tools for improved productivity (for example, suggesting new options in the system, finding ways to speed up encoding, etc.) • Sending characteristics of audited products to our clients and making changes on their request • Responsibility for assigned projects (implementing all the modifications and client requests, meet all deadlines)
