•Direct the planning, execution and control of activities related to: communication equipment and computer devices, electronic infrastructure, applications and information systems that provide services, support and support the processing and distribution of information required by the organization for operation, development and growth (Information and Communication Technologies). •Coordinate the implementation of technology development plan in the area of competence and perform the assessment and control. •Reply, within its competence, by the processes related to the acquisition, development, operation, support, maintenance and renewal in the organization of ICT; preparing the respective annual budget and submit it for consideration by senior management. •Adopt best practices for management and support of ICT in the organization in accordance with established service levels with the various units and departments.
