Led end-to-end onboarding of medical providers for health systems and enterprise customers on the Zocdoc marketplace, guiding clients through optimal setup. Responsible for project kickoffs, presentations, design and requirements gathering, profile builds, technical implementations, testing, optimization, training, and launch.
Responsible for managing growth for a portfolio of 100-120 clients, providing strategic direction for a team of three; including on-going training to newly hired employees, and collaborating with Branch/Regional management to develop business and performance goals. Contributed to divisional revenue growth of 31%, generating $1.6 million (2019).
Managing the growth for a portfolio of 40-50 customers and recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for client engagements. Contributed to a divisional revenue growth of 22%, generating $1.3 million (2018). Awarded “Rookie on the Rise” (June 2018).
Added ~10% to annual revenues in my first year.
