More than a year into my role as Sales Director and member of the Direction Générale at Naef Immobilier, I drive cross-functional sales performance across our 11 agencies throughout French-speaking Switzerland — spanning resale, prestige, new developments, commercial and capital markets — while leading strategic projects shaping the group’s future, from the new Swiss AML regulatory framework to territorial repositioning initiatives such as Geneva’s PAV. I see this role as a compass: keeping diverse teams across a wide territory oriented toward a common horizon. With over two decades in territorial development and real estate across Western Switzerland, and as President of the Commission d’aménagement du territoire at the CCIG, I remain convinced real estate is infrastructure for communities, not just transactions. I support initiatives that strengthen urban landscapes and create lasting value for residents, businesses and institutions alike.
