Duties and Responsibilities: Engage with enterprise customers post-sales, ensuring extraordinary on-boarding experience, driving user adoption and satisfaction ensuring high retention. Build out Customer Success Plans that align technical concepts and features to customer’s business needs and provide measurable time-to-value plan Direct all services resources and projects, aligned to the Customer Success Plan, to ensure customers realize the full value of New Relic Conduct customer kick-off, and recurring update meetings Track customer critical metrics aligned with their business to show success Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, utilizing resources from across Technical Support, Sales and Engineering Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how the company can better serve our customers Build global knowledge and grow expertise in cloud deployments Develop strategic adoption plans for assigned customer engagements that align Surescripts business goals and the customer’s goals. Assist in maintaining best practices to train and service customers and end users. Responsible for key customer success metrics, including adoption and utilization targets, for assigned products/markets. Articulate value via consultative selling techniques and facilitate resolution to customer inquiries. Deliver customer success services to your customers, coordinating with other Talend teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. Work with your customers to understand business value based measures for Talend adoption, and jointly create a Success Plan to achieve objectives. Work closely with your respective Account Executives to develop account strategies and deepen customer relationship and growth

Duties and Responsibilities: Experience with designing complex database schemas within postgres. Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Experience with LDAP/SSL authentication and encryption of the Postgresql Experience with Linux Administration including installing the new software’s and configuration and troubleshooting issues. Assist in maintaining and improving database operational efficiency Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery options. Assist in data management processes and procedures for Postgresql Experience with backup and restore. Maintains several database environments; installation updates, maintenance packs, patches, & fixes for all environments. Experience dealing with Microsoft SQL Server Active Directory Refreshes databases as needed by developers or functional teams. Use Ansible to create playbooks and roles as they relate to Windows automation Develop software or scripting (PowerShell, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript, Python, and Java). Participate in code reviews for automation scripts developed by other team members using Git based pull/merge techniques . Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test and production environments. Manage CI & CD tools and pipeline as a partner to development teams Work with platform team on software and system optimizations, helping to identify issues
