I deliver trauma-informed, body-based support to high-achieving women facing anxiety and stress-related challenges. My role involves designing structured nervous system programs and facilitating group coaching experiences that prioritize psychological safety. I also conduct consultations to assess individual needs and lead educational workshops on nervous system regulation.
1. Plan, develop and implement services for the YWCA PSH program 2. Manages grants that support Residence programs 3 Develop and implement budgets that support program operations. 4. Oversee budget to address cost overruns and/or respond to changing revenue sources. 5. Develop and implement appropriate policies and procedures. 6.
