Craig is head of Forsters' Corporate team specialising in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts. His clients are diverse including corporate real estate clients, family offices, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs. A significant proportion of clients are international. He is noted for his problem solving and commercially astute approach to transactions. He enjoys being immersed in his client's businesses and partnering with them to achieve their strategic objectives. Craig is a member of the IBA and is focused on building and developing relationships with international firms. Craig trained at London City firm, SJ Berwin & Co., qualifying into their corporate practice in 1994. He was a partner at Olswang and Howard Kennedy before joining Forsters in 2011.
