Europaproperty.com presents the fifth TIME TO INVEST UKRAINE conference in Kiev, Ukraine on 16-17 April 2008 at the Hyatt Hotel Set your sights and align your time… invest for success at Time to Invest Ukraine V the investment and development event of the year! The annual Time to Invest Ukraine conference promises to be a sell-out when it takes place for the fifth time. In 2007 attendance amounted to over 230 commercial real estate professionals from both local and international firms looking for hands-on market knowledge and future contacts for doing business in this dynamic and challenging country. As explained at past events, the focus in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities has been on be the search for land that is suitable or can be made suitable for new development. This issue continues to be a very live concern. At the same time profiling and sourcing qualified organisations or individuals and establishing partnerships with them is a vital part of operating in this complex yet manageable market. Expect presentations and panel discussions on the leading market sectors to include fresh transaction news and performance reports from all sectors: office, warehouse, retail, residential as well as hotel and leisure. On-the-ground firms that are currently in-market and doing business will deliver special reports on insurance and legal issues. Key government officials will be on hand to share views and answer questions about the current economic and business climate and about new business and redtape concerns. The 2008 event will be expanded to provide special opportunities for workshops and private meeting spaces that allow interested parties the time and place to focus on specific topics and clients. Breakout sessions during the two-day event are sure to give added value to participants and sponsors; be sure to register for the workshop sessions early as space at them is limited.
