Led and built national organization focused on serving employers and their employees who seek improvements in wellness, organizational health, mental health and addictions. Record numbers were reached each year and the last few years were focused on transitioning the organization through a merger. During this phase, the company also amalgamated processes and procedures from three to one national systems platform which required a high degree of alignment and buy-in to achieve a successful outcome. Stakeholder experiences are at the centre of the operational capabilities and a continued focus led to long term relationships with customers and colleagues.
