Key Responsibilities End-to-end accountability including organisational change projects, driving business strategy in line with 5-year plan. Commercial leadership, guidance and support to sales team (~30 staff) including all trading term negotiation. Operational leadership of ~140 warehouse/logistics staff, fleet of ~100 vehicles, ranging of ~6,500 SKU’s. Financial leadership of ~10 finance staff, producing industry leading operating cashflow and EBITDA margins. Drive culture of safety, inclusiveness, enjoyment and continual learning.
Key Responsibilities Oversee finance function to support significant growth (core debt, acquisition finance, working capital management). Design and implement comprehensive and timely management and board reporting. Transition Statutory Reporting from non-compliant to “Audit Ready” by Big 4 (KPMG). Implement robust cashflow forecasting, interrogated by PE team and external covenant reporting (Bank of Qld). Lead the transition to data driven decision making across the business.
