I worked as the corporate director of personal injury at Pain Stop Clinics in Phoenix, AZ. I was responsible for overseeing everything that had to do with personal injury across the 6 clinics. My roles included implementation of PI systems, protocols, paperwork, charting, billing, as well as exhaustive personal PI training to owners, physicians, chiropractors, NP/PA's, front desk personnel, MA's/assistants, PT/PT techs, and billers. Direct involvement of PI marketing allowed the clinics to increase their PI by 2900% (several hundred cases) in 9 months.
