Since 2014, I have been in the Aviation Industry at London Southend Airport, which has undergone significant expansion. Initially, I began my career as a Ramp agent and gradually advanced to the roles of Ramp Team Leader and Ramp Supervisor. Throughout my tenure, I have acquired extensive experience in various aspects of aircraft operations, including aircraft pushback, headsetting, deicing, and aircraft servicing. In 2025, I rejoined the industry and the airport for the reintroduction of based aircraft.
