Work for the FA as an Affiliate Tutor delivering the level 1 and 2 in coaching football. Currently based with the Middlesex FA
Work as a FA Coach Mentor, i work with 3 clubs in Middlesex supporting their coaches along with advising around club DNA and Philosophies. I Mentor both outfield and goalkeeper coaches.
Currently deliver on the Coaching and Management Degree Programme.
Key Achievements • Advised all 13 Middlesex Colleges, increasing student football participation from zero to over 5,000 students in 4 years • Developed drop in football sessions across all colleges at 17 campuses and 31 sessions including male, female and disability. • With college staff and volunteers organised intra-mural competitions (team19) in colleges with 274 male and 26 female 5 aside teams competing across 4 years with year on year growth. • Advised staff and volunteers around their participation football provision with regular quality assurance visits • Developed Student management teams to help organise and promote football provision, regular support through Monitor and evaluation. • Through Individual training needs analysis organised coach education support for college students through FA level 1 in football coaching courses and JFL courses. • Managed and delivered the Middlesex FAs Football Futures programme (young volunteers) helping with young leader county camp and placements in charter standard clubs volunteering • Using partners delivered the FA’s Mash up programme targeting 14-17 year old sessions back into football drop in sessions. • Female 16+ back into football college event at Wembley Powerleague annually. • Manage the Middlesex FA Just Play officer, meeting regularly to set priorities moving forward using strategic planning working with external partners. Quarterly reviews were carried out looking at PDR’s and monitor and evaluation • Work with Brunel, St Marys, UCFB and Middlesex universities to increase student participation in football, with drop in sessions and intra-mural (team23) leagues for students, obtaining the student workforce to organise and deliver these sessions. • Work with external partners Sport England and London Sport to provide funding to colleges and universities to run football programmes where sessions linked into local clubs and exit routes • Instrumental in setting up the Middlesex FA’s Youth council.

Key Achievements • Coached and provided curriculum support to schools for female football • Middlesex schools Futsal league coordinator, managing and developing the programme to all Middlesex borough’s with over 100 teams taking part in borough competitions • Developed extra-curricular sessions in schools using part time coaches • Managed the coaching programme and part time coaching staff. • Developed girls development centres across the county for 6-10 year olds, producing 4 new teams as a result. • Managed the Middlesex schools U14 and U16 representative teams. • Coordinated and ran the Middlesex FA summer Funweek camps, organising 6 camps through the summer’s with around 300 children attending aged 6-11.
