Looking after Tasmania’s Transmission Crew, Northern Distribution crew and the statewide Asset inspectors. Working with our team members in all aspects including estimating, pricing, scoping, scheduling,site management, project management, As builts and red line mark ups,invoicing and all the HSE documentation and implementation for any major/minor project to achieve the customers required goal.
Team leader for the Northern Operator crew and the Campbell Town Distribution guys. Using SAP to keep track of there work and progress on all maintenance and planned work. Reviewing cost and resource allocations. Making sure recourses do not exceed their working hours aloud. Time sheeting, receipting, training requests, budgets for the team, daily reports on performance MOS and looking after the day to day issues of the guys.
Site management for work sites throughout the Tasmanian state. Using internal workforce and external contractors to achieve the best outcome financially. Duties included Scoping, Scheduling, Submitting network switchings NAO’s. Operating the system. Issuing permits. Project reviews financial and methodology. Working with project managers to meet tight deadlines on customer work.
Working in a small remote group to achieve all required planned work. Played a role in the After hours fault roster, worked well as a small team to work in some very trying conditions.
Worked on multiple jobs sites around Australia. Setting foundations,building towers, stringing conductors,General maintenance, OPGW installs and replacement.
