I am a result driven Leader with extensive experience in partnering with managers and staff through large scale transformations and implementing change in complex environments. I have over 20 years’ experience developing successful and high functioning teams through fostering a culture of trust, transparency and teamwork to continually evolve and achieve targets. I actively seek to promote a collaborative environment that empowers individuals in order to gain valuable input from all members and deliver the best outcome. I have provided coaching for executives, senior managers and staff often challenging their views to grow their vision and objectives. I am able to incorporate a strong knowledge of methodology frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and with my experience executing large-scale implementations I am able to provide customer focused and fit for purpose solutions that optimum effectiveness.
