Mechatronic Engineer whom is team lead for the integration of slip control software into a hydraulic control unit in order to meet the performance specifications (government and customer). These subsystems include autonomous braking, ABS, TC, ESC, HA, vehicle communications. Also Senior designer of ESC algorithms using both Simulink and C. My primary designs include active transfer case and electronic limited slip differential for stability control, rear oversteer control, electric rear axle control, brake torque distribution system re-architecture, driver intend estimation (used for prefill, backsteer and torque estimation).
Led all development activities in the Vehicle Stability Enhancement System (VSES) for the GMT820C (Escalade) program from concept to production. Worked with supplier to resolve the numerous issues that arose from an ever-changing program in order to meet program timing. Also, helped supplier develop the YSC algorithm that became the basis of their global core algorithm.
