KhakiBush is a free outdoor digital magazine which started off as a passion project in 2005 originally as an adventure tour operation, which has evolved into an outdoor lifestyle digital media and publication business that promotes adventure, travel, conservation, and community upliftment. Since 2022 we have pushed it further. Our mission is to inspire and educate locals to explore the vast outdoor landscapes while also encouraging them to travel beyond their borders and oceans for a fresher perspective on life. We strive to make a positive impact on people, wildlife, and the environment, fostering a collective sense of responsibility. Supported by a dynamic and creative team of outdoorsmen, adventurers and digital marketing specialists, KhakiBush is committed to bringing you an immersive wildlife experience and making a difference through engaging outdoor adventures. We achieve this through our FREE digital magazines, travel guides, travel directory, gear guide, and comprehensive outdoors and hospitality marketing services.
Khaki Bush Africa Foundation (NPC) 2020/468883/08 is a start up nonprofit humanitarian aid, environmental and wildlife conservation organization. We are currently looking for sponsors to help us with our daily operations. We plan to support and advocate for the rights of Africa's underprivaliged children in remote areas, providing them with toys. sporting equipment and tools to assist in their education and lives while also educating them on the importance of their wildlife neighbours and the environment they live in.

I have been in the property development industry since 1999 and have been involved in the development of more than 1000 properties in and around Durban. I have a diploma in Business Management and Marketing, JBCC 2000 contractural accreditation and Environmental and Quality Control ISO 9001.2008 accreditation. I have been a member of Home Owner Association's management teams, architectural design review panels, as well as having being residential estates “clerk of works” for some estates. I have been a trustee on several Body Corporates including Chairman of a few for developments I facilitated/developed. I have also been involved in the development of office parks and mini factory developments. I have employed and been involved with some of Durbans finest and respected Architects and Attorneys. I have developed an in-depth knowledge and background of residential- Buying Selling Conveyancing Marketing Building Development Structural Engineering Design Town Planning Maintenance Sectional Title Body Corporates Home owner associations Civil Engineering Flipping Investment I time to time invest in distressed Durban properties which can quickly be renovated for a quick return of investment.
