Winning the fight against the erosion of social connections since 2020, Combat Solutions excels in the design, delivery, and development of a community-centred kickboxing and personal development club. My role combines coaching, event organisation, and culture-building, with an emphasis on inclusion, confidence, and personal safety. Key responsibilities include: - Delivering structured, progressive training in Dutch Kickboxing; Western Boxing; Muay Thai, and Self-Defence. - Professionally Certified Advanced Boxing Coach Levels 1 & 2 - Certified Cutman & Cornerman (Association of Professional Boxing Commissions) - Qualified 200hr Yin-Yang Yoga Teacher - First Aid Trained - Building a welcoming, respectful, and socially engaged community - Organising social events, fitness challenges, and interclub competitions - Mentoring members of all skill levels and backgrounds - Developing onboarding strategies for new members - Overseeing health, safety, and risk protocols in training and public events - Developing and executing robust business strategy in ever changing climate ensuring club, social heart and business interests continue to thrive and expand. - Managing and fostering professional working partnerships with multiple contractors and service providers across the Public, Private, and Charity Sectors. - Representing the club in wider community and collaborative networks Our goal is to foster strength, connection, and capability—inside and outside the club.
