Within my role, I am responsible for facilitating the Early Life Learning for new recruits into the business. Over a three week period, I educate new advisors on everything they need to know about our business. This ranges from Products to Sales, Systems to Conversations. My facilitation style is one of high energy, professionalism and enthusiasm. Those who graduate from my courses enter the Operations side of our business with that enthusiasm and knowledge around all things Sky. I have also taken it upon myself to work on improving the already existing learning approach curated by the company and making it better and fit for purpose in our ever-developing business environment.
