As an Events Assistant I am required to adapt to a variety of different demands from customers. The Town House Collection attracts a varied clientele ranging from Art Exhibitions to Fashion Shows, Business seminars to training days, weddings to family gatherings. Each situation requires the high levels of service which a 5-star hotel demands as well as the personal approach. Both of which I am able to provide.
Being a Native English Teacher required a great deal of planning and organisation. I was given responsibility for creating exciting and challenging lesson plans for the various ages and levels of students I would come into contact with. In order to keep the attention of the classrooms I would have to maintain a positive attitude as well as an active, outgoing personality.
As Sales Executive I was given daily, weekly and monthly targets to fulfil. In order to successfully complete a sale it was crucial that I understood the products as well as the finance and insurance opportunities available to potential customers. Whilst this was a very challenging position, I found it to be an excellent insight into the sales industry.
