I am a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) and Registered Roof Observer (RRO) with over 18 years of experience in the building envelope consulting engineering field. I am currently the Branch Manager for Fishburn Sheridan London Inc. with over 15 years of commitment to the firm. I am a Principal of the national firm; and as of 2019, serve as the Vice President on the Board of Directors. My field of expertise falls primarily in Building Science, with a civil engineering technology background. I have a broad based experience in construction monitoring, specification preparation, on site supervision and project administration for both new construction and retrofit projects. I have a strong technical background in roof surveys and design, structural concrete assessment and rehabilitation, building envelope review and design, as well as building condition assessment and rehabilitation. My experience includes thermographic analysis, detailed roof and building condition assessments (including report preparation), construction monitoring, quantity and budget estimating, for numerous clients such as Western University, London Health Sciences Centre, Bell Canada, BGIS, Infrastructure Ontario, Colliers, CBRE, HMMS, Loblaw Companies, and various municipalities in Southwestern, Eastern and Northern Ontario.
