With over 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, I now spearhead TA efforts as the Group Manager at Avanade, a role I've grown into since July 2021, being promoted in December 2022. My journey at Avanade began as the TA Operations Lead for Europe, a testament to my proficiency in our strategic Operational support and my commitment to upholding Service-Level Agreements. A Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt holder, I excel in strategy implementation that aligns with our corporate mission. Over the last 18 months, I have strategically built our Offshore (Shared Services) support from 2 resources Europe focused, to 11 resources supporting the TA team Globally reducing the administrative tasks from our Leaders to support their growth within the organisation.
o Manage Global TA Reporting via using PowerBI & ATS, collaborating with IT & Data Services teams across the globe to evolve this and provide actionable data to our Executive team. o Led our Shared Services European TA Services & Sourcing Teams from July 2021-2023 o Manage the European & Global Talent Acquisition budget. o Own LinkedIn & other Global vendor relationships. o Built a team offshore to support Global Operations, bringing consistency and standard across Talent Acquisition. o Support and drive the implementation of the new ATS system in April 2024.
