I have been involved in Dairy Farming for 20 years, firstly in South Africa and now in New Zealand. I am currently a multi farm manager with Craigmore Farming. My main focuses are the development of my staff and trying to further them in dairy industry, trying to achieve a viable way of sustainable dairy farming especially in our current environment with dairying in New Zealand been viewed by the general public in a bad light. I achieve to meet our company's goals and budget expectations through my best farming practices. I recently recieved Craigmore Farmings reward for People Leadership ( Demonstrates personal leadership, a commitment to the team and effective health and safety management).
