My journey thus far has taken me from small and large scale events, to call centers, offices, restaurants, hotels and yes even retail, this is like most others I am sure. Yet, I have also spent time telecommuting as an answering service, towing barges on the river after a stint in construction and counseling delinquent youths to name a few more. I provide impeccable customer service and the ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply it efficiently. I am committed to delivering the best possible customer service that few can replicate. Athletics have taught me what's valuable to be successful by playing on championship teams and some very, very bad teams. Throughout my past I have proven to be a mature and reliable employee, with the ability to adapt and think quickly. My focus is maintaining a positive relationship with customers in both high & low-volume, fast & slow-paced operations. While not completing college would not be recommended, I have worked hard to gain the experience, knowledge and self awareness that allows me to surpass most sales goals and competition I have been presented with. My past shows that product knowledge can be applied efficiently to create solutions for mycustomers.
