Market Research professional since 1995. Responsibilities have included Data Processing, CATI/WAPI programming, Data Entry and Coding management, and Sampling, among others. Since joining Harris Interactive in 1999, and becoming a Data Processing Technical Consultant in 2003, my work has focused almost exclusively on Data Processing, including: providing technical support and guidance to Programmers and Researchers, training (both domestic and offshore staff), and working on technical initiatives for the department. Primary platform experience is in Quantum and SPSS, though I have used a handful of DP and CATI packages over the years on a variety of platforms, as well as acquiring basic skills in scripting languages.
