About

I build things that make teams faster, smarter, and more accountable. Over the past 15 years I've led product, operations, and delivery at organizations ranging from a WPP-backed experience consultancy to a United Way SaaS platform to an independent marketing agency in Nashville. The common thread across all of it: taking complex problems, building the right structure around them, and shipping outcomes that actually move the business. At Grayscale Event Marketing, I function as both an operator and a builder. I've developed AI-powered internal tools from the ground up, including Rockit Marketing OS, a multi-module marketing platform iterated through 10 versions, and a React-based executive reporting tool that automates weekly campaign summaries from live data. I use Claude and Lovable to prototype and validate concepts quickly before committing engineering resources, which compresses the gap between idea and alignment. Before GEM, I owned end-to-end product delivery for a SaaS content distribution platform at UpPurpose, where I launched v1 in 90 days and managed roadmap and feature prioritization across multiple release cycles. Before that, I led a 35-person PMO at Bottle Rocket, an Ogilvy company, where I directed iOS and Android product delivery for Marriott, Southwest Airlines, and Caesars, served as a 5X Apple iOS keynote launch partner. I'm comfortable going deep with engineering teams on SDLC, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and running sprint ceremonies. I'm equally comfortable presenting roadmaps and performance readouts to executive stakeholders. That range is where I tend to add the most value. If you're building something that sits at the intersection of product, operations, and AI, let's talk.
