I am a CPA ,BCOM (Finance) and a member of ICPAK and currently pursuing Master of Science ( Accounting & Entrepreneurship ) from the university of Nairobi, with over 10 years of experience providing audit, compliance, fraud risk management and investigation services in Kenya. I am an action oriented leader with five years of experience managing teams of up to 10 people and projects with billings in excess of Kes 1 Billion . I am an energetic professional with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. My professional experience includes: - A strong knowledge of IFRS,ISA,IAS, GAAP and financial reporting issues; - Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements, including 10-K and 10-Q reports to conform with IFRS,IAS GAAP and SEC reporting requirements; - Directing and managing engagements/reviews in a variety of industries including retail, consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, financial etc; and - Project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff on client engagements.
