My responsibilities include creating structured workouts and conditioning for practices. I build lasting relationships with my athletes in a trusting environment. My coaching staff and I are actively working on creating a culture inside the gym based on hard work, accountability, and encouraging behaviors that make us proud of our athletes both inside and outside of the gym. I have also worked with the Booster Club in planning the J.V. Conference and Tropical Twist invite that have been hosted at our school. Roles include: arranging the gymnasium for set-up, decorating the space, contacting judges, and ensuring that each team we were hosting had everything they needed.
