My work is rooted in impactful strategic communications, people-centric change management, and strong storytelling. From leading data & digital maturity initiatives in a fast-growing life sciences business to embedding DE&I strategies into multinational corporations, I’ve successfully bridged the gap between business strategy, cultural transformation and communication. By leveraging new technologies and data-driven strategies, I am working to enhance employee experience, build organizational resilience, and foster a culture of innovation in the workplace. In my current role, I serve as a business partner for senior HR leaders, providing communications counsel for high-profile, enterprise-wide topics ranging from upskilling and pay transparency to employee recognition and company performance. I also lead change management efforts for AI-related projects, previously including the rollout of data and AI-powered tools for enhancing skill development & management and, most recently, leading an AI-driven HR chatbot project aimed at improving employee experience and streamlining HR processes. What Drives Me? Strategic Communications: Whether via media pitch or internal communications, I am passionate about crafting and delivering stories that connect, inspire, and drive measurable business outcomes. Change Management: I focus on leading people through transformation with clear, empathetic messaging that supports both individuals and organizations as they adapt to change. I’m actively working towards certification as a change practitioner to deepen my ability. Leadership & Collaboration: I thrive in roles where I can collaborate with leaders and drive initiatives that have a meaningful impact for people and business. I’m passionate about helping teams and individuals reach their full potential. DE&I Advocacy: I work to create environments where diverse perspectives are embraced, valued, and contribute to organizational success. Continuous Growth: Whether learning new languages (Spanish, Norwegian, German) and new technologies or exploring pursuits -- like dance and creative writing, I’m always seeking opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
Managing integrated (and bilingual) communications activities within the university's office of public affairs, with a focus on alumni communications and engagement, events, and international media relations.
Recruited from the NYU Office of Public Affairs in September of 2013, I served as an account director at Fenton Communications focusing on the agency's education clients. The role evolved from key media relations activities to integrated communication strategy development and communications counsel for clients. Aside from daily communications responsibilities, the position allowed me to develop my project and account management skills, while also managing and developing junior talent.
