I am a senior nursing student attending Texas A&M University. Currently, I am in my last semester of nursing school and am eager to become a Registered Nurse. Seeking nursing residency opportunities with an interest in emergency nursing in the Houston area.
Assisted on the Obstetric Unit. Performed physical assessments on newborns, assessed and provided care to patients at all stages of labor, and integrated non-pharmacological strategies to promote comfort.
Worked in partnership with an assigned nurse to aid in the delivery of safe patient care. Roles included obtaining vital signs, providing patient education, and utilizing critical thinking.
Worked as a hostess, hostess trainer, and server. Responsibilities included catering to customer needs and fostering a welcoming environment, organizing monetary transactions, and supervising new hires on customer service protocols.
