• Provide individual and group therapy to adults with severe mental illness in an 80-bed residential life skills program. • Deliver psychoeducation on medication management and advocate for client needs with multidisciplinary teams. • Facilitate life skills training and peer counseling, helping clients build resilience and independent living skills. • Utilize evidence-based practices including DBT, ACT, IFS, TICBT, and CRIM to address trauma, co-occurring disorders, and complex mental health challenges. • Employ crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed care to foster safe and culturally responsive therapeutic spaces. • Integrate mindfulness and spiritual practices tailored to the diverse cultural and spiritual identities of clients.
