Social science and statistical analysis expert (PhD in Economics) with over 20 years of experience designing sector strategies, evaluating public policies, and conducting socioeconomic analysis (econometric modeling and field surveys). Core expertise spans two main pillars: (1) Education and child labor policies in developing countries, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa, Haiti, and Brazil, for international organizations and NGOs (UNICEF, World Bank, IDB, UNESCO, OECD, etc.) Broad areas of expertise, including: (i) sector strategies, particularly for countries affected by fragility, conflict, and violence (FCV — CAR, Chad, Haiti), including the design of associated tools (simulation models); (ii) sub-sector strategies, including technical and agricultural education, vocational training, and literacy (skills development); (iii) strategies to improve enrollment rates, particularly for girls, including national languages as languages of instruction; (iv) education policy evaluations, including impact evaluations; (v) analysis of school participation using school data (EMIS) and household surveys (MICS, DHS); and (vi) analysis of public expenditure on education. (2) Public health and social protection policies in Europe, for public institutions, research organizations, and universities (UNDP, CNAM, IRDES, etc.). Expertise in health data analysis, especially medical-administrative databases (SNIIRAM & PMSI), health policy evaluation, primary care organization, healthcare access, and long-term care.
