I grew annual event registration revenue to more than $1 million, consistently achieved annual revenue growth exceeding 20 percent, maintained profit margins above 40 percent, led organizations of more than 300 employees and independent contractors, recruited and mentored more than 500 professionals annually, managed marketing budgets exceeding $350,000, and negotiated hundreds of strategic partnerships. As a Licensed South Carolina Real Estate Broker since 2005, I have extensive experience in residential real estate, land development, construction, investment properties, renovations, luxury short term rentals, and asset management.
