Provide both process and technology architecture consulting on a number of projects for a global financial services provider. Responsibilities include auditing and evaluation of engagement processes with customers and partners and architectural analysis of future Cloud and SAAS strategies. Results were presented to senior management to determine ROI based on investment and probable outcome.
