I’m a healthcare technology consultant and founder with over a decade of hands-on experience working inside EMRs, clinical operations, and revenue cycle workflows across ambulatory care, specialty practices, MSOs, and emerging healthcare startups. I founded Cory Legere Consulting (CLC) to help practices implement, optimize, and connect their technology, not just configure systems, but design workflows that actually work in the real world. More recently, I co-founded Unify Insights, a healthcare data platform built to transform fragmented EMR, operational, and financial data into connected, actionable insight. The goal isn’t more dashboards, it’s better decisions. Co-founder of Unify Insights, a healthcare analytics platform focused on transforming fragmented clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insight. Unify Insights is designed to help healthcare organizations move beyond dashboards by connecting data directly to workflow decisions, staffing models, operational performance, and revenue outcomes. My role spans product strategy, healthcare workflow design, EMR data integration, and translating real-world operational challenges into scalable analytics solutions. The platform is built to support provider groups, MSOs, and healthcare leaders seeking clarity across complex ecosystems of EMRs and third-party applications.
• Coordinate with Administration and Clinical teams regarding the scheduling of customer training events • Gather information from end-users regarding how and where the technology will be used, and answering any questions they may have before the installation or set-up process begins • Assist with system implementation, configuration, workflow design, and maintenance • Provide technical and clinical training, education, and ongoing support to end-users on the use of medical products and software • Develop and implement training strategies that are geared toward various types of learning methods • Communicate with the clinical support manager regarding customer concerns and/or product performance issues • Analyze problems or issues, research solutions, and communicate the best options to end-users • Follow up with users after the completion of training, and provide periodic in-person or online follow-up training to end-users, if necessary • Write training manuals
