• Led a crew of engineers and technicians installing a liquid oxygen test stand capable of supporting 3,000 lbs. of thrust • Designed and built a 100a clean room to ISO 5 specifications • Team lead for the design, build and testing of the Ground Support Equipment developed for a sub-orbital, liquid oxygen, flight vehicle – System included LOx fill and drain, GN2 purge, GHe fill and pneumatics • Supported the design and analysis of the liquid oxygen feed system for a sub-orbital flight vehicle • Designed flight hardware including secondary structural supports and valve assemblies for a sub-orbital flight vehicle • Created drawing packages in accordance with ASME Y14.5-2009 for flight hardware • Developed requirements for an orbital class vehicles’ horizontal integration facility • Developed requirements document for an engine test stand supporting 70,000 lbs. of thrust • Analyzed fill and chill-in rates of cryogenic tanks by developing 3D thermal analysis MATLAB code
