I design to solve problems with clarity and impact. I build clean, accessible interfaces that streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and drive business outcomes. I align with teams, learn from those around me, and focus on what works. I deliver intuitive designs that get results.
There are 3 major facets to my role as UX Designer at Omaha Steaks: 1. Interface with stakeholders to gain a better understanding of business goals and ideate ways our digital products could help achieve those goals. 2. Plan, conduct and disseminate insights from qualitative research studies with identified segments of the population to gain an understanding of where and why the friction points exist in a customer journey. 3. Design interfaces and their interactions to be implemented and tested against control(s).

As an interactive designer at Sandhill’s Publishing my responsibilities included consulting with clients about the goal for their website thus the design and functionality. With the assistance of predeveloped processes on the back-end I designed the site’s pages and wrote code on the front-end, focusing on optimization for search engines and usability on all devices/screen sizes with extra focus on the clients target audience and the devices they most often use. Less of the time I was asked to assist in the creation of client company logos and advertising materials. Examples of work can be viewed at: http://www.corylien.com
