I have over 10 years of experience in Finance, IT, and banking, with a strong background in project management, quality assurance, and technical training. I have an extensive background with implementing new processes in the Agile Framework via Scrum Mastering, Agile Coaching, and Project Managing a variety of Development, Automation, and Cloud Operation teams. I also have a proven track record in transitioning from a Waterfall Methodology, and overseeing QA organizations. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT). My skills include Scaled Agile Framework, Project Reporting, and Resource Allocation. Wearing many hats in a startup company with resources spread globally, I helped the company implement new processes in the Agile Framework from a loosely followed Waterfall methodology; performing in the role of a Scrum Master and Project Manager. And later was asked to head up and oversee the QA organization in its entirety.
Involved with managing projects and processes that interface with the Center Of Excellence Automation Development QA team, to upgrade Zions backend systems and applications.
Control 4 is a world class leader in home automation. I work in the QA Solutions department. My QA Engineering role consisted of software and also hardware testing and analysis. My two focal points have primarily been in the Audio / Video and the Dealer Tools groups. I also became a certified SCRUM Master and performed that role as well. I am a very empathetic and synergistic team player with all co-workers in the Software Development Life Cycle.
